Two broad groups. First, stamped and machined components to customer drawings for the automotive, electronics and home appliance industries — brackets, metal plates, washers, speaker frames, PCB covers, spring plates, heat sinks and sockets. Second, finished gas stoves in 1, 2 and 3-burner formats including tempered-glass and built-in variants, together with spare parts such as front plate, top plate, bottom, side plate, tray, pipe and burner body. Beyond that we also produce stainless meal trays for the Indonesian free nutritious meal programme (MBG), and we are open to other products on request.

300 tons. Our press line is 71 machines ranging from 10 to 300 tons, including progressive presses for high-volume parts and two 250-ton hydraulic presses, running two shifts. Brands include Komatsu, AIDA, Amada and Torc-Pac.

Yes. We run our own machining shop with turning, milling and grinding, plus CNC turning, CNC milling, CNC wire-cut and EDM — including Doosan DNM 6700, Haas VM-3 and WELE mills and a Sodick AG600L wire-cut. The same shop builds and maintains our dies, so tooling repairs never wait on an outside vendor.

Yes. We run two lines of our own: EDP (electro deposition), an electrolytic coating that reaches evenly into every recess for long-lasting rust protection; and powder coating on a conveyor with an oven, giving an even, hard-wearing surface in a range of colours. No major stage is sent outside.

At four points: sampling of every incoming lot; SOP checks at each inspection point on the line, with daily defect logging and monthly defect-rate review; reference samples signed off with the customer before shipment; and root-cause analysis of every finding. Our inspection equipment includes a FARO Arm (CMM), profile projector, height gauge, coating thickness meter, callipers and micrometers.

SNI ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management, issued by QM Certification, accredited by KAN (LSSM-057-IDN), certificate no. SMM-0347-25, valid 25 July 2025 to 25 July 2028. Its scope is Stamping and Machining for Metal Products of Automotive Parts, Industrial Spare Parts & Home Appliances Assembly. On the product side, our 2-burner gas stove carries SNI certification.

Yes. We already produce gas stoves for a range of customer brands, and components are made entirely to the drawings and specifications you set.
